Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "nos69" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the nos69 online gaming platform accessible at nos69.cam, operated by its licensed parent entity under international gaming regulations.
• "Member" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on nos69.
• "Account" — refers to the unique member profile created upon successful registration on the nos69 platform.
• "Services" — refers to all gaming products offered on nos69, including but not limited to live casino games, slots, sportsbook betting, bandar ceme (a popular Indonesian card game), and any other wagering products hosted on the platform.
• "Real-Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the Member into their nos69 account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional credits awarded by nos69, subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity and address verification process required by nos69 to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to confirm Member eligibility.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency of account for all nos69 transactions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal of any derived winnings is permitted.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — refers to any country or territory from which nos69 does not accept registrations, as listed in Clause 2 of these Terms.

Eligibility

By registering an account on nos69, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• You are a natural person, at least 21 years of age. nos69 does not accept registrations from individuals under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You are accessing nos69 for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party when using the nos69 platform.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law and where you have been expressly notified of such prohibition by nos69. The primary target audience of nos69 is residents of Indonesia; players from other jurisdictions access the platform at their own risk and sole legal responsibility.
• You have not previously been excluded from the nos69 platform or had an account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a nos69 employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest with platform operations.

Account Registration

To access real-money Services on nos69, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Create a unique, secure password for your nos69 account and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Register only one account per person. nos69 operates a strict one-account-per-household policy. Multiple accounts linked by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or identity documents may all be treated as duplicate accounts subject to suspension.
• Notify nos69 support immediately if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

nos69 reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason, and to close accounts that are found to have been opened using false or misleading information.

Identity Verification (KYC)

nos69 is required to verify the identity of its members in order to comply with its obligations under internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks and to satisfy the age-verification requirements described in Clause 2.

nos69 may request the following documents at any time, and in particular before processing any withdrawal request:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of residential address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and Indonesian address.
• Proof of payment method — a photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used to fund your nos69 account, confirming that the account is registered in your name.
• Source of funds declaration — in cases where transaction volumes exceed established thresholds, nos69 may require a written explanation of the origin of funds used for deposits.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. Continued non-compliance may result in account closure.

Deposits

All deposits on nos69 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). nos69 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. nos69 does not charge a transaction fee on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which nos69 bears no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your nos69 account upon confirmed receipt of funds by nos69's payment processor. Typical processing times are near-instant for e-wallet deposits and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfers during normal banking hours (WIB). Deposits initiated during banking maintenance windows — common with Indonesian banks on Sunday mornings — may experience delays of up to 2 hours.

nos69 reserves the right to reverse deposits where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized payment instrument use. In such cases, nos69 will notify the Member and withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your nos69 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification (Clause 4) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum withdrawal per transaction and per day is subject to the limits published in your account settings, which may vary by membership tier.
• Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to a payment method registered in the same name as your nos69 account. nos69 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 4 hours for e-wallet withdrawals and 1–24 hours for bank transfer withdrawals, measured from the time of approval. Withdrawals submitted outside normal WIB banking hours may be processed on the next business day.
• Any Bonus Balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirement is not withdrawable. Only Real-Money Balance and bonus-derived winnings that have cleared their wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• nos69 does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, if a Member requests more than three withdrawals within a single calendar day, nos69 reserves the right to apply a processing fee of up to Rp 5.000 per additional request.

Bonuses & Promotions

nos69 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to its members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• nos69 reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, or to cancel a promotion entirely, with reasonable notice where circumstances permit.
• Bonuses obtained through any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of duplicate accounts, use of VPN services to appear as a qualifying new member, or coordinated wagering designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk — will be void, and the associated account may be permanently suspended.
• Bonuses expire as specified in their individual terms. Expired bonus balances and any associated wagering progress will be removed from the account without notice.
• nos69 may offer seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Nyepi, and Ramadan. Such promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms.

Gameplay Rules

nos69 offers gaming products across multiple categories, each governed by its own product-specific rules in addition to these overarching Terms & Conditions:

• Slots: All slot games are powered by certified RNG engines. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee returns on any individual session. Game rules, paylines, and bonus feature mechanics are as described within each game title.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and bandar ceme — are conducted under live studio conditions. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round result will be determined by the game engine's last confirmed state. nos69 is not liable for losses resulting from network interruptions on the Member's side.
• Sportsbook: All sportsbook bets are subject to the nos69 Sports Betting Rules, which form a part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. Pre-match odds are published before event start and may be adjusted until the market closes. In-play odds fluctuate in real time. nos69 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before completion of the minimum required play period as defined in the Sports Betting Rules.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a software malfunction, game error, or display error that results in an incorrect payout or game outcome, nos69 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the Member's account. nos69 is not obliged to honor payouts that are the result of a clearly erroneous or misconfigured game state.

Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the nos69 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with nos69 games or the sportsbook in a manner not permitted for human players.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any game format where player-against-player dynamics exist.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or undocumented game features for financial gain. Members who discover a bug are required to report it to nos69 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of deposits or withdrawals, or using nos69 as a conduit for transferring funds between third parties.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to disguise your geographic location or to circumvent nos69's eligibility or jurisdiction restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward nos69 staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the nos69 platform's software, servers, or security infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted.

Responsible Gaming

nos69 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to helping Members who may be experiencing difficulty managing their gambling activity. The following tools are available free of charge in every Member's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Decreases to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a short-term break from gambling of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but no wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a self-exclusion of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and will prevent the Member from accessing real-money gaming services for the duration selected.

Intellectual Property

All content on the nos69 platform — including but not limited to the nos69 brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of nos69 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nos69 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit Members to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any nos69 content without prior written consent from nos69.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• nos69 provides its platform and Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. nos69 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.
• nos69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the nos69 platform.
• nos69's aggregate liability to any individual Member in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• nos69 is not liable for losses resulting from: (a) force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, and banking system outages; (b) unauthorized access to a Member's account due to the Member's failure to maintain the security of their credentials; or (c) technical failures on the Member's device or network.

Amendments

nos69 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nos69 will notify Members via a notice displayed prominently on the platform and, where contact details are available, by email to the address registered on the Member's account. Continued use of the nos69 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is the Member's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If a Member does not accept a material amendment to these Terms, they must close their nos69 account before the amendment takes effect.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nos69 holds its international gaming license.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through nos69's internal complaints process (described in Clause 15) shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by a recognized international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent nos69 from seeking interim injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or legitimate business interests.
